This Privacy Policy was developed to inform you of TechniTrader®'s practice regarding information we collect from you on our web site and through other correspondence. Information we collect and use
Information you provide
Our web site collects certain personal information when you sign up to view our free online lesson. The personal information you provide, such as your name, phone number, and email address are used to fulfill your order request and to track and confirm shipments. We will not sell your information or pass it on.Additionally, with your registration, we will be providing you a complimentary educational stock market email called "The Profit Hunter." There is no obligation attached for receiving these free informational emails, and you may unsubscribe at any time. The optional information requested to order a free training lesson (i.e. occupation, trading experience, trading goals, and keywords) are used for our internal statistics and to improve the content that we provide.
Children
We do not seek to collect information about children under 18. If you are under 18, we request that you do not provide us with personal information about yourself without parental consent.
Information Security
All information you provide to us will be held to the strictest confidence. We do not sell this information, nor do we give this information out to any third party. TechniTrader® takes appropriate security measures to ensure the protection of your information, including physical and electronic precautions.
We reserve the right to disclose personal information in limited circumstances where we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, to comply with valid legal processes such as search warrant, subpoena, or court order, to comply with regulators or law enforcement authorities, or to protect our rights and property.

Choices
We will not use any sensitive information for uses other than those described in this policy, unless we have obtained your prior consent. You can reset your browser to refuse cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.
You can decline to submit personal information to our business, in which case TechniTrader® may not be able to provide some services to you.
TechniTrader® Purchase and Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items you purchased on the TechniTrader® web store if you contact us within 3 days of your purchase requesting a cancellation of your order. Items must be returned within 7 days in their original product packaging unopened. You must contact us first via email at service@technitrader.com before returning any item. You will be given special instructions on how to return the item. No refund will be issued until we receive the item.
Conditions and Exceptions
Any opened item including course materials may be returned within 7 days for an 85% refund of the items price. Cost of shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Any course that has obviously been used, written in, or damaged or over 7 days from date of your receipt: 50% of the item's price. Item must be returned within 14 days of customer receipt.
Any item that is not in its original conditions, has been used, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 50% of the item's original price if returned within 14 days or customer receipt.
We will issue a refund based on the above conditions within 20 days or receipt of your item (in most cases you may receive the refund sooner). It can take 5-10 business days for us to receive your returned item from your shipper. 3-5 business days for us to process your refund request. We will notify you by email of your refund once we've received and processed your returned item.
